Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not offer refunds on payments made in cryptocurrencies. All sales are final.
Chargebacks are not supported for cryptocurrency transactions. By using cryptocurrency as a payment method, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback.
Refund on order payed with Cryptocurrency is credited to our Internal System Wallet, in the amount of your order calculated in USD, excluding any processing fees.
Cryptocurrency processing fee is non-refundable.
Internal Wallet system funds allows you to book other services within our system at later time.
Cancelation of all orders is subject to our general cancelation policy.
Once, your Cancelation Request has been reviewed by our staff, refund process will be initiated.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to departure/ arrival you will get a 100% refund.
